FREE Sears Mystery Award Cards

Now thru June 19th you can request 2 FREE Mystery Award Cards with Sears.  All you have to do is follow the instructions below:

• Hand print your complete name and mailing address, a valid email address and a valid Shop Your Way member number on a piece of paper
• Mail it in an envelope with sufficient postage to: Mystery Award Card Offer, c/o Centra360, 1400 Old Country Road, Suite 417, Westbury, NY 11590.

Limit 1 request per envelope and limit 2 per Shop Your Way Member.  All entries MUST be postmarked by June 19th and received by June 26th
